Adventure in Renewal is open to a small group of men who will meet during five weekly Zoom calls. Together we will explore how to use the 10 essential oils included in the program.
I will serve as a mentor and guide as we discuss multiple self-care techniques and uses for each of the oils. I am a dōTERRA certified essential oil specialist, a member of the National LGBT Chamber of Commerce and the Connecticut Gay and Lesbian Chamber, as well as a licensed massage therapist.
During the five weeks of the Adventure in Renewal program, we will discuss some partner massage techniques. (OK, now that we’ve got the most popular topic out of the way, please concentrate on the rest of the things to be covered.) We will discuss how essential oils boost immunity and energy, reduce stress, and improve sleep, among many other subjects.
