Banish aches, pain and un-ease

The past several months may have included the stress of worry, overwork, or underwork, and plenty of concerns about friends and family.

Admit it: You feel beat up and you need a personal spa to lift your spirits, soothe achy muscles and get you feeling strong again.

I can’t add a Swedish steam bath to your home, but I will show you how essential oils work to revitalize our bodies and energize our minds.

Kristen Rzasa and I will host a 30-minute webinar on Thursday, Oct. 22, with a focus on the Relief Wellness Program by dōTERRA.

Earlier this month, Kristen and I discussed Immunity, and on Nov. 5 we will host another webcast on Mind & Mood. These three dōTERRA health packages, all offered now at a 25% discount, will arrive in your home with the just-right approaches to boost your immunity, soothe bumps and bruises, and put you on the right path to a meditative mind and happy mood.

It’s difficult to be happy when your body aches. That is when you can look to the three-month program of Relief Wellness. It leans hard on the dōTERRA oil blend called Deep Blue which, when applied to a sore muscle in your back or tightness in your shoulder, soaks in to soothe tension and throbbing pain.

The program features several Deep Blue products. In the morning, apply one or two drops of Deep Blue Soothing Blend to muscles that are usually barking at you by the end of the day. Keep a packet of Deep Blue Rub in your gym bag, backpack or purse and apply to your feet after a long hike or hours of standing in the office.

Put the massage ball to use on your hands, feet or back after applying a dab of Deep Blue for a double dose of relaxation.

After you begin to feel looser and pain-free, its time to tend to the consequences of stress that affect your insides.

Copaiba oil, delivered in a soft gel, is derived from the resin of the copaiba tree, found in tropical South America. Since the 16th century, Brazilians have used copaiba essential oil in traditional health practices to help soothe anxious feelings and refresh their skin. Copaiba supports the health of the cardiovascular, immune and digestive systems and can be used as a mouthwash and breath freshener as it treats sore gums.

Wintergreen oil creates a deliciously relaxing bath when you add a few drops to a tub of hot water.

And turmeric is also part of the program. A traditional medicinal herb in India, turmeric is taken internally as an immunity boost. Add a couple of drops to your infuser to promote feelings of positivity and improve mood.

Altogether, the Relief Wellness program will help you feel at ease again.

Register for our Oct. 22 webinar that begins at 7 p.m. to learn more details and directions about Relief Wellness. We will record the session so you can listen to it later, too.

In the meantime, if you have any questions, email me at wayne@wayneleiss.com. I look forward to talking with you.
